This week I sit down with Distillery manager of Bruichladdich, a progressive Hebridean distillery on my favorite Island in Scotland, Islay.
As we work through the pronunciation of a few of those words we talk about the development of the brand and I surprisingly get a bit of a scoop on a new product coming out of the distillery...... a new whiskey that us American's are VERY familiar with but something that hasn't ever been produced in Scotland.
So new to Scotland, they actually aren't even sure what to call it.
