Ep 103 The Subject of Terroir in distilled spirits. Is it non-sense?

When it comes to Wine, Terroir is talked about and widely accepted.

Distilled spirits have adopted the term but is there any weight to this or is it just arbitrary marketing gobbledygook and sales gibberish meant to entice the consumer.

This week I sit down with two of Houston's major Whiskey Bar owner aficionados, Mike Raymond of Reserve 101 and Morgan Weber of Agricole hospitality group and owner of a brand new distillery in Marfa,Texas distilling our version of Sotol and eventually, Whiskey.

A spirited conversation to say the least over a few drams of the good stuff.
